As a science-fiction/fantasy environment, Mutatis Mutandis MUX has special rules and guidelines for technology. In a world where things like unstable molecules and Celestial technology exist, almost anything is possible... but to maintain game balance and keep the world from self-destructing, not everything imaginable is wantonly allowed. High tech requires skill or smarts, or a lot of money and excellent connections—or some combination of all of the above!

These guidelines are not carved in stone, anything is open to some degree of negotiation with the Wizards, provided of course you are okay with being told no. Extra special toys may also require tinyplots, and will always require IC justification.

It is possible that you would also have to address questions raised for powers involving technology manipulation if you are utilizing out-of-the-ordinary technology for your character. Not everyone will have the talents of a Reed Richards or Forge.
